THEATER OF THE SEA (MM 84.5 Oceanside) <== MUST SEE
Theater of the Sea is a true pioneer in programs that involve you interacting with the animal. Their popular 30 minute dolphin swim is just one example. The program include trained behaviors such as dorsal tows and hugs, but also freestyle swimming and snorkeling with the dolphins.

We really like Theater of the Sea - it's family owned and operated since 1946, and is one of the oldest marine mammal facilities in the world. In our opinion, this is a much more natural and interesting experience than e.g. Sea World in Orlando. With or without an animal encounter, Theater of the Sea is well worth the visit.

Theater of the Sea offers various types of encounters with dolphins, sea lions, sea turtles, sharks and rays. Some of these programs have no minimum age requirement. See their "Animal Interaction Programs" page for more details. All interactive programs include admission to their live shows (dolphin, sea lion, and parrot shows), the guided marine life tour, the lagoon-side beach, and the bottomless boat ride. The whole family will enjoy.

Their lagoons and tropical gardens are home to Atlantic bottlenose dolphins, sea lions, sea turtles, fish, sharks, alligators, stingrays, birds and much more. Don't miss this truly unique experience, suitable for the entire family.
